Yesterday we drove to St. Joseph. I had an appointment with my tattoo guy (Chris at Flying Pig Tattoo Parlor) and also an appointment to get a couple of new tires put on the car.
It ends up that an emergency came up and Chris could not do my work. We have rescheduled for next Monday.
We got the tires put on and found out some of our RV friends (Steve and Cathy) were in town at Sharp RV so we stopped by and saw them. They had spent most of the winter in California while we were in Texas. It was sure good to see them again. We visited for a little over an hour and then came back home.
Today we drove to Moberly to pick up my watch where it had been repaired. It works great again. Stopped and bought some groceries off of the an ad and went home. Linda got a watermelon, some corn on the cob, and some other things. We are going to have a good meal one of these nights.
Wednesday evening we will be meeting my cousin Ken and his wife Diane in Marceline and eating buffalo burgers at a holiday function Marceline is having.
We have talked to some of our friends from our workamping job in Texas last year and we are all excited about meeting up again in November.
Linda and I love this life style. We get to meet new people, see different places, and by workamping we cut our cost and get to do new and different things.
