2013-12-20 - Excellent Customer Service

My wife had a unpleasant experience at a Texas Road House in northern Texas.

I got on corporate web site and told them of the problems she had with them

Within a day we heard from a lady in the corporate office and a day later we heard from the district manager for the area.  Both called us and talked with us personally.  They advised us that they would look into the situation and get back to us.  Both of them called us again and apologized.  They also sent us things that made our experience better.

All I can say about Texas Road House is that they are the tops in customer service.  These two people made a bad situation much better and kept us a customers.  I am truly impressed.

Now on to other good things.  Yesterday and today it has been in the lower 80s.  Yesterday there was a lot of wind and therefore dust, but I can handle that for 80s.  Right now at 4:30 p.m. it is 80 degrees mostly sunny.  Tomorrow is suppose to be 87.  It is 20 degrees in St. Joseph, Missouri where my wife is currently.  Saturday they are suppose to have a low of 20 degrees and possibly 5 to 8 inches of snow.  She comes home to the warmth of the Rio Grande Valley on Tuesday.
