Summer 2013 Work Camping Job

WOW!

We haven't even started our winter 2012/2013 Work Camping job and have already been offered and accepted a job starting May 1, 2013 - August 31, 2013 with a weeks vacation sometime in August.

Where you might ask.  We will be volunteering with the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service at Swan Lake National Wildlife Refuge.

We will be manning the Visitor's Center and doing various other things.  They provide a spot for us to park our motor home with the following provided:  Electric, Water, Sewer, access to a laundry facility with extra storage and freezer space available.  If you don't know anything about RVs, the freezers in them are very limited so this extra space will be really nice.

The refuge is less than two hours from our family in St. Joseph, Missouri.  

Precious, our new Shih Tzu is still doing really well on not pottying in the house.  That sure is a blessing.  We are going to lose weight for sure.  She is starting to train us and have us follow her around when she goes outside.
