We got up this morning and paid our bills on line and then took off for Mexico. We ate breakfast at Junction Cafe in Pharr. That is where we did breakfast a lot last year. It was real good.
Then we drove on down to Progreso Mexico. We bought some more of our prescriptions and should be good until we get back here in October. We might make one more trip for one other prescription that we can only bring one bottle each back per trip.
We also bought Linda a really nice leather belt and a Mexican sun dress. The dress has hand stitching on it and is real pretty. She has wanted one for a long time.
When we left Mexico we went to a restaurant called Fat Daddy's. I had the three meat (brisket, ribs, sausage) plate with potato salad and beans. Linda had the hamburger and fries. She ate my beans and potato salad and I ate her fries. We brought plenty home with us. It was real good.
