Bennett Spring Flood

Most of the pictures I am going to post may not mean anything to you if you have not been there.

Remember, you can click on the pictures to enlarge them.

These first four are taken at the spring.

The next three are of the handicap bridge and the area around it.

Here is another one for the stringer.
The next two are the two handicap spots down from the original.  Last night both of these were covered by a foot to a foot and a half of water.

Here is a picture of the Whistle Bridge.

The next picture is the wooden bridge at the bottom of the park.

This is the roadway below the campground.  It was open last night and today is closed.
Last night the water up by the spring was deeper.  Now this morning the water at the bottom is higher because of the river backing up into it.  Also last night you could see the clear water from the spring.  Today everything is muddy.

What is surprising to me is that people are catching fish right and left.  I will wait for it to clear up again before I fish.
