Well, we left Branson this morning, made a stop at the Camping World on I-44 just east of Springfield, Missouri and had them look at a couple of small problems we had on the motor home. Both problems are gone now and we are at Thompson RV Park almost exactly 2 1/2 miles east of the main entrance to Bennett Springs State Park on 64 Highway.
They have some very neat and very clean cabins for rent. I would not hesitate to stay in them.
The restroom and showers are also very clean.
This is a real bargain. It is $245 for full hookups which includes electricity. We got here and got every set up and went to Lebanon, Missouri just 11 miles away and bought some groceries. Got the satellite set up and Linda is happy.
Tomorrow is suppose to be colder so I probably won't go fishing. I think it will get to 70 on Sunday and then the eighties next week.
